Andrew Kassoy

Andrew Kassoy, a devoted husband, father, brother, and son, passed away peacefully on June 22, surrounded by those who loved him most. He leaves behind his cherished wife, Margot Brandenburg, and his four children—Xavier, Etta, Jed, and Max—who were the light of his life. He is also survived by his sister, Erin Falquier, her husband Dario, and their two children, as well as his parents, David and Caryl Kassoy.

 

Andrew spent his life working to make the world more just and humane. As co-founder of B Lab, he helped reshape the role of business in society, sparking a global movement, touching thousands of companies and communities around the world.

 

But for all his achievements, it was Andrew’s quiet strength, unwavering values, wry humor, and boundless love for his family and friends that defined him. He believed deeply in the power of people to do good—and he lived that belief every day.
