Daniel L. Campbell

Daniel Campbell, 29, of Marshalltown, formerly of Winterset, died July 6, 2018 in Kansas City, MO.
A memorial gathering with family present will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the Pammel Park Lodge in Pammel State Park near Winterset. Memorials may be directed to the family and online condolences can be left at ochiltree.com.
Daniel LeRoy Campbell, son of Carla Swanson and Kevin Campbell, was born April 26, 1989, in Bellevue, NE. He attended schools in Winterset and St. Charles and later obtained his G.E.D. Daniel was a hard worker, working cement construction and at Hardee’s.
Daniel cherished spending time with his family and friends. He was a talented skateboarder who enjoyed working out and lifting at the gym. Daniel enjoyed spending his free time fishing with his friends and family. He was a passionate individual who loved being a big brother and was a loyal friend.
Daniel is survived by his mother, Carla Swanson of Lorimor; father, Kevin (Shannon) Campbell of Camdenton; brothers, Jared (Qira) Campbell and son, Mack of Winterset; Dillon (Paige) Campbell and daughter, Sophie of Lorimor; sister, Brianna Campbell of Missouri; a grandmother, Linda Campbell of Leon; uncles, Robert (Kristie) McKee; Rodney McKee; John (Lindsey) Campbell; extended family and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Morse and Pam McKee and Ed Campbell.
