Marketing & Communications Specialist

Job Type: Remote, Full Time (USA and Canadian Candidates considered only)

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will manage all B2B and B2C marketing efforts including email marketing, print and online advertising campaigns, website landing pages, content creation, event sponsorships, and more. A primary focus of the communications and marketing efforts will be on customer experience; knowledge of user experience and customer satisfaction are key.

Activities include:

  • Market research
  • B2B and B2C email marketing
  • Write articles and editorials for industry magazines
  • Write press releases
  • Gain press coverage
  • Research and coordinate Keeper’s attendance and sponsorship of B2B and B2C events
  • Design website landing page content
  • Design B2B and B2C marketing materials - print and online
  • Manage social media advertising
  • Support affiliate program
  • Improve user experience and messaging on the platform
  • Create and drive marketing videos and instructional videos
  • Build online lead generation strategies

Are you an energetic individual with experience in the bereavement sector interested in a sales career with an innovative technology company? Keeper Memorials is a memorialization technology solutions provider driven by passionate people who help cemeteries and funeral homes create meaningful and interactive experiences for modern families.

The Business Development Representative will take part in a variety of initiatives that support the rapid growth of our digital memorialization solution. The role focuses on B2B lead generation, lead qualification, lead nurturing and deal closure.

Working closely with leadership and marketing, the Business Development Representative will be dedicated to growing Keeper’s pipeline of opportunities and implement efficient growth strategies.

Activities include:

  • Execute Market Research (New and Existing Markets)
  • Identify Quality Prospects by researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Support Inbound Marketing
  • Outreach (Cold Call, Email, North American Conferences)
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • Schedule Demonstrations with Prospects (virtual and in person)
  • Drafting Proposals
  • Nurturing Prospects
  • Closing Deals
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Assist in coordinating new client training and product implementation

You’re able to:

  • Generate new business via outbound cold calling, emails & research as well as qualifying inbound leads
  • Qualify leads and secure sales meetings
  • Generate key sales documentation that help close deals
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with prospective customers
  • Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Draft detailed and accurate sales reports
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Work with customers and prospects to better understand their business needs and goals
  • Assess costs, competition, and demand in the industry

Keeper is looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team building our completely redesigned platform! As an UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will be designing new layouts and features using a combination of Figma and Adobe XD. Knowledge of React JS will be very beneficial in order to design particular user experiences and features throughout the site. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets. We are looking for a UX designer that also has solid experience with user interface messaging including error messages, product tours, feature explanations and user guides.

The Role:

  • Plan and implement new designs 
  • Optimize existing user interface designs
  • Test for intuitivity and experience
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions

You Have:

  • 2 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
  • UI and UX design portfolio
