William “Billy” Lapiana brought a smile and a laugh to everyone he was around. He was well loved by his parents, John and Grace, his siblings, Michael, Anthony and Jojo, his many nieces and nephews but most of all his daughter Frannie. He has left a hole in our hearts, our forever angel Billy.
