Viola Bailey, 84, passed away on June 8, 2022. She was born on November 3, 1937 in Canjilon, New Mexico to Adolfa and Alejandro Manzanares.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Adolfa and Alejandro Manzanares, husband; James Lester Bailey, son; Daniel Bailey, brothers; Antonio Manzanares and Adeleido Manzanares.

She is survived by her son; Joseph Bailey (Rosemary), brothers; Leo Manzanares, Waldo Manzanares (Renee) and David Manzanares (Pam), sisters; Sally Rodriguez (Carlos) and Fidencia Candelaria (Agapito), grandchildren; Adam, Ashley, and Amanda Bailey.

A Rosary will be recited at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 417 East Rodeo Road Santa Fe, NM 87505 Rivera Family Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be at 2:00 p.m. followed by Interment at Santa Fe Memorial Gardens.

Our deepest and sincere condolences to my cousins Joseph, Adam, Ashley and Amanda Bailey... My Grandpa Leo Manznares , My aunts Fidencia Candelaria, Sally Rodriguez, My uncles David and Waldo Manzanares. And her grandchildren on the loss of my aunt Viola Bailey. I remember I would always go to the santa fe place mall and I would always seeing my aunt Viola sitting there watching everyone pass by. I would always go and talk with her one time I even had invited to go get something to eat. My aunt Viola will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her so much
