Remi, I just learned from Ray Tipton that Vince passed. It has been 50 years since when I first met him at my first job out of college at Ford Credit. Vince was an outstanding person and had a larger than life personality .We spent many nights going out to look for cars and it was never boring being with him. My condolences

It was good to see & spend time with Vince in Vegas at the 1st Investor Summit and TWE Celebration (April 15th and 16th). I hadn't seen Vince since your move from Las Vegas to Washington. Thank you Reimi for embracing our Ohana and allowing us to spend time with Vince. ❤️ Forever grateful. ~~Dr. K. Staten

Remi, Hearing of Vince’s passing has been emotional. I know he is in a better place and free of the restrictions his body placed on him. Several years ago I got off of all social media and lost touch with a lot of friends and associates. Wish I could have been there on Saturday the 21st to say goodbye. Vince will always be someone that I feel impacted my life dramatically. Prior to meeting and working for Vince, I had always been an analytical, process and system-oriented leader that understood the expected results and was driven to succeed and meet or exceed those expectations. He always complimented me on my business acumen. What he taught me is that the most important thing a leader possesses is the ability to bring out the best in the team. Building rapport, getting buy-in, making sure the team understands you care about them personally, and building self-worth, confidence and commitment to the organization was just as important as the technical knowledge. He made me a better leader and I attribute the success I have had in life directly to the positive change he got me to understand. When he first mentioned to me that he was dating the Dale Carnegie gal, I knew you guys were right for each other. You are such a positive, motivating, team building individual that I knew based on how he was helping me grow you guys had the same core values and were going to be great together. Over the years, I have had many conversations in my mind with Vince. One example I remember was asking him for advice on an issue I was having with one of our Managers. After a moment our two it came to me, step into his shoes figure out what is bothering him and approach him from that perspective. While not actually speaking with Vince, I know that by trying to get myself to think like him and what he taught me helped me resolve the issue. A great man that will be greatly missed. All my love and Aloha for you and Koa. Russ

So sorry for your and the family's loss. I knew him from his Ford Credit days, he was a very special person to those that knew him. Since moving to Vegas, I would often think of the stories he would tell us. May he rest in peace.

Sending condolences to Remi and the family. I hope you friend comfort in this scripture. Revelations 21:4; And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
