Veda Hall

Veda Hall, 54, of Mineral Wells passed away September 23, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born on September 14, 1965 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Glenn and Donna Stoops Cain. Veda was a Christian by faith and was a devoted mother and homemaker. Veda is survived by four children, Tiffany Hall of Parkersburg, Delbert Hall, Jr. of Parkersburg, Brandon Sams of Mineral Wells, and Amber Hall of Colorado, three grandchildren, two sisters Cathy Shann of Parkersburg, Christina Hitchcock of Parkersburg, brother Glenn Cain, Jr. of Parkersburg and significant other Vincent Plummer of Parkersburg.
