Forever missing you, but forever grateful for the time we had with you.
Obituary for Urbanita "Jeannie" Clements (1957-2025)
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Urbanita "Jeannie" Clements, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who left us on December 7, 2025, in Hemet, California, at the age of 68. Born on September 17, 1957, in Los Angeles, California, she was the cherished daughter of the late Roy and Rita Large.
Jeannie was a radiant soul whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone around her. She dedicated her career as a customer service representative, where her genuine nature and loyal spirit shone brightly in every interaction. Jeannie was a woman of many talents, finding joy in cooking delicious meals for her family and gathering loved ones around the table, where laughter and love flourished.
A proud mother, Jeannie is survived by her devoted husband, Joe Clements, as well as her four children: Michael, Elisabeth, Robert, and Jennifer. She will be deeply missed by her six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, who held a special place in her heart. In addition to her immediate family, she is remembered fondly by her sisters, Rhonda Cage and Ruth Wortham, and those who knew her will always carry her spirit with them.
Jeannie loved the outdoors and cherished spontaneous trips to Las Vegas, but above all, her greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She was known for her generous heart, sense of humor, and an abiding spirit that brought energy and light into the lives of others.
While we grieve the loss of this extraordinary woman, we celebrate her life and the beautiful memories she created over the years. Her legacy of kindness and joy will continue to live on in those she loved.
A memorial service to honor Jeannie’s remarkable life will be announced in the near future.
For those wishing to express their condolences, please feel free to call or message at 415-695-4114 if you feel moved to contribute flowers or a gift basket.
Jeannie’s life was a testament to love, and though she may be gone from our sight, she will forever remain in our hearts.

I got so close to you throughout the years, You became the person I messaged or called anytime I needed to talk. Your door was always open with food ready. I always felt grounded and better about myself when leaving your house. I loved being around you on holidays and random visits or dinners. Your guidance and love will never be forgotten, it’s so hard to believe you’re gone. You are missed so so much. I am just so grateful for you and the unconditional love you gave. Aunt Jeannie, You were such a light in the family. You were a person anyone could go to without judgment. You were a guiding light in life and will continue on still. I’ll miss your smile the most. It was always present at family gatherings and you could hear it over the phone and lastly you could read it within a text. The love, care and wisdom you shared with everyone you encountered should be a lesson in life for all. You were taken too soon and will be greatly missed. Love you
Joe Clements
