Tracy Lynn Hembree

Tracy Lynn Hembree was born on October 14, 1975, in LaFollette, TN and passed away on September 16, 2022. She is survived by her 3 wonderful children, Gage Reynolds, Amber Reynolds, and Kayden Hembree; her precious grandson,Theodore Parkey; sisters Susie Byrd and Tammy McCreary; her brother, Charles Stanley Green; and her many nieces, nephews, and loved ones. She is preceded in death by her husband, Derrick Hembree; her father, Charles "Charlie" Green; her mother, Patti Sue Green; and her mother-in-law Tammy Hembree.

Tracy adored camping in Big South Fork, especially for the annual Haunting in the Hills storytelling, and she was a storyteller in her own right. Often telling everyone about all the funny things that life had thrown her way. Even if you had heard the same story repeatedly, it was still just as hilarious as the time before. Tracy loved to laugh and loved to make others laugh. She was an avid movie buff, often quoting movie lines and cracking jokes. She spent much of her free-time coloring, doodling, and listening to music ranging throughout a plethora of genres. She was infatuated with dragonflies, and the beauty that they displayed. But most of all she loved her kids, God, and her family. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A memorial will be held at His Hands Reaching Worship Center on Sunday, September 25, 2022.

Receiving friends and family will start at 3:00 p.m., and the service will follow at 4:00pm.

Tracy’s niece, Misti Dawn McCreary will officiate.
