Timothy Neufville
November 23rd, 1961 - June 21st, 2021
November 23rd, 1961 - June 21st, 2021
Timothy Isaiah Neufville was born on November 23, 1961 in Kingston 2, Jamaica, West Indies. He was the last of 13 children, born to Irene and Charles Neufville. As the baby of the family, Timothy was the apple of our eyes. He was extremely neat and demanded to be kept dressed at all times, even when wearing pajamas to bed. Timothy was stubborn about what he wanted, and what he wanted to do. Tim(as he was affectionately called), was the cutest little boy that we had ever seen. When walking on the streets, people would stop to comment on how handsome he was. He drew attention from everyone, wherever he went. Timothy started his education at Teacher Thompson School at the tender age of 2 in Kingston, Jamaica, he went on to Rennock Lodge Little School until the family moved to Harbour View, where he attended Harbour View Primary School. When Timothy was 8 years old, the family migrated to Chicago, Illinois, where he attended Murray School in Hyde Park. He then went toBret Harte Elementary School, and Hyde Park High School. Upon graduation he attended Roosevelt University, and later Cordon Bleu Culinary School to pursue a career as a grand chef. His employment history included, but not limited to, food and beverage, hospitality, sales, foster care, tutoring and medical records. As an adult , Timothy grew more handsome and extremely popular amongst family and friends. He was sarcastic, funny and had everyone laughing or looking at him sideways. His sense of humor was unique and his views on life were novel. Timothy loved to travel and has resided in Paris, California, New York, Florida, Evanston, and Chicago Illinois. Tim was a MasterChef, Tailor, decorator and model. He could swim as smooth as a dolphin. He would cook the most delicious meals, make the finest clothes, and could turn an ordinary home into one of exquisite style and comfort with his extraordinary decorating skills. His wardrobe and sense of style were impeccable. Timothy Isaiah Neufville is survived by two brothers, George and Noel, four sisters Joan, Yvonne, Veneta and Carol; 21 nieces and nephews; 24 great nieces and nephews; several great great nieces and nephews; and numerous other relatives, countless friends and associates. We love you and will miss you tremendously. ¡
