Tiffani Aerts

This is a space for Tiffani's family and friends to share memories of our beautiful girl. I want you to feel free to share and find some closure. Whether it is just stories, pictures, simple thoughts or even just reading posts, it's appreciated. The world needs more love and I love you for being here. Tiffani's dream was to show the world more beauty. You can help her do that today. She struggled with depression for a good portion of her life. All of her fears and anxieties of how she was lacking were sadly the exact things she had in abundance. She left us too early, so please tell a creative person in your life they are enough and matter. "Come on sweetheart let's adore one another before there is no more of you and me" -Rumi Tiffani Song List Please add songs that make you think of Tiff here. Celebration of Tiffani Once we are through these difficult times and it's safe to be together, I will be planning one hell of a celebration. I'll keep everyone posted on dates and times. Artist Trust https://artisttrust.org/donate Artist Trust was an important organization for her. She volunteered for the auction every year, and we have a close friend that was a board member. Tiffani loved to interact with other artists that inspired her to be one herself. Other artists were "her people" that made up a tribe of creatives that she so much wanted to belong. She greatly wanted that community to see her and recognize her spirit, talent, and beauty. She would have felt such pride and gratitude if her artwork could have been a part of that community. For some reason, it was hard for her to feel like she deserved that place in our society. On her behalf, help spark artists in the corporate world to take the first step in realizing they are essential, and their work and talents need to inspire more humanity and meaning than profit. In the end, it's not about what we consume, but what inspires us to see more beauty within ourselves that makes the people in our lives and places we work, live, and visit spectacular. Just add "For Tiffani Aerts" as an honoree in the "Additional Information" section or donate anonymously if you feel compelled that way. Art With Heart https://artwithheart.org/support/ https://shop.artwithheart.org/ Art with Heart is another organization that we both contributed as board members and volunteers. They use the healing power of art to help kids in trauma and/or adversity find peace. We didn't have kids of our own, but Tiffani never wanted to see any kid in our life in pain and unable to express their grief, fear, or anxiety. It's mental health, and it's important! They've helped thousands of kids deal with loss and trauma and want to help millions more. Therapists create the tools they provide with artwork from amazing artists. Please donate or buy a book for a kid in your life.
