Thomas Jackson

Thomas J. Jackson, 54, passed away in his apartment in Middletown, CT on March 9, 2022.  He was born on November 9, 1967, in Cheshire, CT where he spent most of his life.  He graduated from Cheshire High School and attended Southern Connecticut State University for a time.

Through his career, he worked in various positions in the food industry including as a chef, many years in sales, marketing and food merchandising with the Davidson Company, and most currently with C & S Food Distributors.

He was the beloved son of Nancy A. Jackson and the late Ralph Jackson Sr. of Cheshire, brother of Alan and Debbie Jackson of Cheshire, Ralph Jr. and Angeles Jackson of Terryville, and preceded in death by sister Jeanne-Marie Jackson.  He was also uncle to four nieces and 2 nephews and cousin to many.

Tom loved the color red, gardening, was an avid golfer, followed the Dallas Cowboys, and greatly enjoyed music- playing saxophone and drums, and a being a fan of bands from Rush to Casting Crowns. He thrived in social situations, was fun-loving, generous, and had a great sense of humor.

A memorial mass will be held on 12PM Saturday, March 26, 2022 at St. Bridgets of Sweden Church; 175 Main St. Cheshire, CT 06410, masks are optional and the color red may be worn. There will be no calling hours and internment will be private. Abbey Cremation Services of Rocky Hill is assisting with arrangements (www.abbeycremationservices.com).
