Thelma Irene Staats, 74 of Parkersburg, WV passed away September 11, 2021 in Morgantown, WV with the compassionate care of WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital.  She was preceded in death by her parents Charles C. Staats and Georgia L. Parsons.  Thelma enjoyed crocheting in her spare time.  Thelma is survived by Susan Moreland, Ruth Tucker, Linda Staats, and Julie Poole.  A private service will be held at a later date.
