Susan Morello Lott

Susan and I attended Union High School, Union NJ. Class of 1970 We really became close via Facebook when we both lost our jobs around 2009. Reconnecting was the greatest experience. We had more in common then we ever knew. She was the kindest person I know. We shared some personal stories we had in common and made us closer. I joined her when she started a campaign to find a kidney donor that would match her perfectly. And when the donor, Melissa came forward, we all rejoiced that there were such great people in the world, that are so selfless, as to give one of their kidneys to a stranger. Family came first to Susan. She would do anything for them. When the grand babies were born, she wanted to babysit those beautiful little girls, no matter what. She wanted to spend as much time with those little ones as possible. She absolutely loved her home in Colts Neck NJ. But when the time came, and she needed to move to VA, it broke her heart to leave NJ. But family was more important. She missed the Italian food choices she could get in NJ that was not available in VA. But she was always motivated by love. We miss you Susan. May you REST IN PEACE. We will always remember you and your kind and funny personality and how you cared about others. We love you always.
