Steven Brent Christian

Steve is my cousin but more like a little brother. Stevie, as he was affectionately called by our family…until he decided he was too old, was the cutest little cowboy and the baby in our family and loved so much. We called him our little firecracker, having been born on July 24. He was a boys boy that loved all vehicles, hunting, camping and hanging out to play with my brother Terry and I. I so cherish our great family Christmas celebrations in Iowa Park. I know he loved them to. He and I would fight over our grandmothers fruit salad to the point that she would make a bowl for us to share and one for the rest of the family. As an adult, due to living in Iowa Park he assumed the role of caretaker of our aging grandmother, putting everything second to her. He was a good boy and an even better man. I hate that we haven’t been able to see each other much these past few years, but am so thankful that we got to spend some quality time together this past November. Steve was a son, cousin, grandson, husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be missed terribly. I love you Stevie and until we meet again, RIP buddy!
