The matriarch of the Cooperstein/ Goldstein clan, a beloved mother, wife, sister, aunt, great aunt, friend, volunteer, and woman. Shirley's heart touched everyone she met, so did her smile, her laugh, and her endless sass. She gave generously to her family, hosting holidays for decades, always centering family and talking on the phone for hours. May she be in blessed memory, united with her beloved Ed, her mother, best friend Lorraine, sisters and many more. We love you Shirley.

Dearest Jill, Steven, Andy and Anna, Sincerest condolences from my children and I on Shirley's passing. Our hearts are with all of you. All day long I've been reliving my life's experiences with your mother who was a constant presence during my entire life. Your mom,and later your dad, were always there for me; warm, loving, good humored, generous and supportive. We were two, your mom and I, although often feeling like four, with our mothers reminiscent in our speech, memories, jokes, cooking, tears and hearts. Your mother and I loved one another as did our mothers for each other. We continued their love and commitment onto our relationship. I wish I could be with all of you ; know that all of us here share your loss, our loss, of Shirley Cooperstein Goldstein, a brave, gutsy, loving, optimistic and beautiful soul who gave so much love and whose memory will live on through us. Love, Beth and family

My dearest aunt Shirley, Thank you for your endless kindness, love, brisket, good advice and laughter. Thank you for showing us what it truly means to be a pillar of a family. I feel spoiled to have ever had you in my life and will treasure our memories forever. I love you so much.
