Seth was brilliant , very talented & driven person. He was my boss at Deutsche Bank. Many memories from work to treasure. Sridhar & I were shocked to hear about him, he’ll be missed.

Seth was my boss (at 3 different companies), he was my mentor and my friend. The impact he has had on my career and personal life is immeasurable. Seth had a brilliant mind and a way of looking at and solving a business problem like no one else I know and the years we worked together have been the best times in my career. To say he will be missed is a massive understatement. There are too many Seth stories, quotes and memories to share here, but a few that spring to mind… Visiting Steve’s Pizza in New York on a regular basis so Seth, Alex and I could continue the argument about the design of some user interface or process over lunch. Seth managing to take 4 hours to do a 15 min subway ride home after team drinks. That time Seth treated the team a post go live celebration meal in McDonalds. The Indian summer that Seth’s whole RBS team got to enjoy!

Seth is one of my favourite work colleagues, always kept things interesting and original. Here’s one of us in Switzerland from 13 years ago hanging out with the kiddies. We also had some rocking nights without kids in New York, London and Frankfurt!

Thinking of Seth and all of you today. Seth was an extraordinary individual who we enjoyed spending time with. Here’s a photo of the Goldwins and Roses at Flumserberg eight years ago. With love to you all.

And here’s one from the same Switzerland trip of Cecilia pulling Luke and Felix, go girl!

So shocked to hear the sad news!! A memory of Seth: It was probably 1969 or 1970, I was 9 or 10, I remember being very excited because my older, MALE, (just about all of my cousins were female) teenage cousin Seth (whom I had never met) was coming to visit from Ohio (his father was dean of Kenyon College). I was staying at my Grandparents house (Richard and Lena Gitter) on Pennsylvania Ave. in SE DC. When Seth showed up I was not disappointed, although he, at 14 or 15, probably didn't share my enthusiasm. I didn't give him a seconds peace, but Seth took it in stride and was kind. He definitely threw a few words of wisdom my way, they sounded profound, but went way over my head. I remember my grandfather took us to a soccer game (at RFK stadium) and it was ball day. I have no recollection whatsoever of the game, but I remember kicking the plastic soccer balls, in the mezzanine of the stadium, with my cool older cousin Seth---that was a real thrill for me!! Carol and I send condolences to all of the cousins and family on this tragic loss.
