Sandra Teel Trainer

Because of Sandy, Patti Thomas and Marty Mount, I joined the League of Women Voters of Bucks County...50 years ago! They reached out to a Doylestown newcomer and new Mom with kindness, generosity, and shared interest in public education, promoting social equityand justice. With Sandi Neher and Janet Freud, we shared many discussions during our tenures on the Central Bucks School Board. But most of all, I remember Sandy's unwavering support of all of our children and their athletic activities, always showing up to cheer them on whether on the basketball or tennis courts, the track, or participating in choir or instrumental performances. Along with Van Neher and Phil Radabaugh, all of our participating kids would look for and hear their cheering and supportive voices above all!! We will forever miss her "first to arrive" Christmas card and thank her children for this opportunity to say "Goodbye".
