Robert "Bob" Allen Zoller

Hello to the Zoller Family Members, This is Mike & Jill Leach. I moved to PB in March 1976 & worked in the MPCC Golf Shop for 2 1/2yrs. During this time I never paid rent and “House-Sat” the Homes of MPCC Members. I also met my Wife Jill during this time! FYI, A Club Membership in 1976 was $3K! John & Donna would invite me over for dinner on occasion with the Zoller Family! After MPCC I worked for your Grandfather John Zoller @ Pebble Beach GL. We moved into our Home on Mestres Drive, John & Donna lived up the street on Forest Lodge. Donna would babysit our kids. Jill is a hairdresser and would do Donna’s Hair. Your Grandpa John would come to the house and Jill would cut his hair! Bob & Cindy moved in on El Toro. It was years later Manny Sousa Golf Supt @ Poppy Hills and another former Asst. Supt. to your Dad @ MPCC lived up the street on Strawberry Hill. It was on a very Big Occasion around 1981 that Bob came to our home on Mestres Drive and knocked on the front door. Bob knew that I was not happy working at PB and asked if I would be interested working for him @ MPCC! It was a Blessing and opportunity to begin my Career. These opportunities do not just happen! It was inspired and Life Changing for me and our Family! Bob & John Zoller influenced the Lives and Careers of so many people and we are Grateful! Our Thoughts, Prayers and Gratitude to Bob & John Zoller for their willingness to help and influence so many Lives! Thank You! Mike & Jill Leach
