Richard Lambert

   Richard Arlen Lambert, lovingly known as Rick or Ricky, age 79, went home to be with Jesus, his Lord and Savior, on Thursday, June 5, 2025.

 

   He was born on August 1, 1945, in Gallipolis, Ohio, to the late Charles J. Lambert and Betty Jane Lambert. Ricky loved spending time outdoors doing yard work, fishing, and worshiping with his church family. A devoted member of Bethel Church in Tuppersplains, Ricky found great strength and joy in his relationship with the Lord.

 

   He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Ethel Lambert, and his son Louie Ray Lambert. Ricky also leaves behind his brother-in-law Ronnie (Brenda) Riner, sister-in-law Janet (Jackie) Thornton, and several beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Ricky will be sadly missed by his family and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Betty Lambert, and his daughter, Sharon Deil.

 

   A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel Church in Tuppersplains, Ohio. Family and friends who knew and loved Ricky are welcome to attend and celebrate and honor his life.
