Raymond Keith Wise, 70, of Parkersburg, WV passed away on February 17, 2017. Raymond was born to Dean Wise and Eunice Illum on February 19, 1947.   Raymond is survived by his daughter Temple Moore and son Tony Wise.  A memorial service will be determined at the family's convenience.
