Randy Clark, 64, passed away peacefully Monday, May 2nd after a long battle with esophageal cancer. Randy spent his career in a variety of construction positions after graduating from Kirtland High in 1976. He was known by most as the man who could fix anything and if you were willing to listen, he’d also teach you — but only if you could keep up with his tremendous work ethic. That drive was unrivaled by anything except the love he had for his family and his animals. Randy grew up in the horse industry in the Kirtland area and had a gift for all things equine, from riding bucking horses in the rodeo as a young man to maintaining a passion for trail riding throughout his life, especially with his pinto gelding Lucky. When not working a job, he could be found mucking stalls or throwing hay at the family farm MRC Stables. After back issues prevented him from riding in recent years, he also took to spoiling his cat, Pistol, and his grand-puppies. Randy is survived by his children and their spouses, Ethan & Maria Clark of Eastlake, OH; Maranda & Michael Einstein of Grapevine, TX; Randy & Heather Zamrzla of Madison, OH as well as his life-long partner, Michele Clark, of Kirtland, OH.
A celebration of life service will be held on June 25th, 2 pm, at the farm at MRC Stables 10817 Sperry Rd, Kirtland OH. All are welcome to attend.
