Mementos

My dad was a hard worker loved his family and took care of his kids. I was really close to my dad. I'll never forget the last words I heard from my dad at the hospital was " baby girl dont cry just be happy". I'll never forget that monent. It was that moment when I stood listening to the doctor tell me my dad didnt have a year he had only days. I broke down as my aunt Nancy held me. My reality set in that my dad was gonna leave me. But I know hes in peace and in no more pain. Hes in heaven with my mom.

I Loved my pop with all my heart he was rough around the edges but he was a great man i will miss his late night messages asking about his computer or asking about the stereo that i got mama for mothers day one year or just to check on me to make sure i was ok when all the time he was in pain he never let on. He was strong and he was amazing. I Love You Pop Youll Foever be in my heart
