Randall and Rascal were my next door neighbors for the past year. I so enjoyed my conversations with Randall and his stories. He was incredibly proud of his daughters and grandchildren. When I met him as I was moving in, he wanted to make sure I knew which one was Rascal and not get them confused. Thinking of you as you grieve the loss of your precious loved one.

My son, Kai, and I loved to visit with Mr Frasier and Rascal! He always had great stories to tell and good advice for Kai. Loved talking sports and dogs with him too. We were so lucky to have known him and will miss our time with him, but we know he is resting easy, pain free. May he Rest In Peace and may his family find comfort in this time of loss. ❤️

My son's, Grady and Thad, and I are very grateful to have gotten to know Randall over the last few years. He had the ability to poignantly convey valuable life lessons by sharing his own life stories. He was funny, talented, generous, kind, and genuine and we are better for having known him. We will miss him.
