Ralph Mitsuo KaneshiroNovember 8, 1934 – July 4, 2025

Ralph Mitsuo Kaneshiro, 90, passed away peacefully at home in Eugene, OR on July 4, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Ralph was born on Maui and lived most of his life on Oʻahu. He proudly served in the Air National Guard for over 40 years, retiring with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He was known for his quiet strength, fun loving spirit, and lifelong commitment to humble service.

He is survived by his wife Hazel, and their children David Kaneshiro, Dayne Kaneshiro, Reimi Marden, Darren Kaneshiro, and eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren with one on the way.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, at Diamond Head Memorial Park Chapel, 529 18th Avenue, Honolulu, HI. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by the service at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any crisis line or blood bank, causes that Ralph supported throughout his life.
