I only learned of Paul's passing a short time ago this morning, upon checking an email address I have neglected for several weeks. Paul was laid to rest several weeks ago. This news hits hard. Paul was a good man, a true friend, and a Soldier's Soldier. Time spent with him was always time well-spent. I'm sure that much complementary has been said about Paul at the services, and at other gatherings. I can add only that the praise is true, and well-deserved.

What lesson(s) did Paul teach you?
My Uncle taught me the importance of family and making memories and then turning those into tradition. The Therrien's always know how to keep our family traditions going and he was a huge part of that. From continuing to live in and improve upon the family house, to sharing photos and fond memories of my grandparents- he was the guy you went to when you wanted to know a memory or funny story about another family member. He was proud of his work on our ancestry and I hope I can keep some of this going. Love you forever Uncle Paul. I hope you’re playing a nice relaxing round of golf right now.

John Graves threatening Paul Sr. with cake-face. What a great moment.

I had the privilege to play golf with Paul at Cedar Knob. He was always a pleasure to be with and fun to play with. He helped keep us organized and was always great in giving me gentle reminders to pick up the pace. We'll miss him on Wednesdays.
