I first meet Paul as a security installer in 1995. In 1997 he employed me at DAS. I stayed for 5 years and went back again in 2003 until 2005. He was a gently spoke man with a good sense of humour who was always up for a coffee and a chat and there if you needed any advice, we have remained friends to this day. Paul will be solely missed not only by those in the security industry but by everybody who had the pleasure of knowing him. Thanks Paul and now rest in peace.

Memories in Hoi An! We had so much fun as a group and Paul was so easy to chat to, a really lovely man.

I've known Paul for the last 10 years and he has been my work dad for pretty much that whole time. He was always there for a chat and I've lost count of the times where I went to him for advice. I'll miss out pig out days, snacks (especially drunk eBay buys), our octopus dances and the weekly welfare checks. I'm so devastated, and my heart breaks for your family, especially your kids. You spoke of them all the time was so proud of them. I'm going to miss you a lot and I hope you are living it up with all the kfc and chocolate bullets in the after life. Love your work daughter

So sad and devastated at Paul’s passing. Our condolences to family and the close friends and colleagues in WA. I am so glad to have known Paul having learnt a lot working with Paul. Thank you for the chats, guidance and the encouragement mate. I also appreciated the check-ins and random phone calls over the years! Especially as we shared so many things in common work & life pressures and kids at similar stages. I valued the listening ear and the advice and the odd virtual kick in the bum to make decisions! Thank you Paul for the hospitality and even loan of a car whilst over there. I echo the sentiments here - truely one of the gentlemen of the industry. Sorely missed and never forgotten - RIP.

My first job in the Australian Security industry was with Pacom back in 2005. My second contact was with the Branch Manager of DAS, a gentle soul with a calm demeanour and a penetrating stare. Paul knight remained the ever gentle and thoughtful person who was always ready for a chat. He was a rock-solid and highly intelligent man. Its been a while since we crossed paths but I remember him as an industry stalwart and thoughtful soul. Take Care. Peace.

Such tragic news. Our friendship goes back 30 years. Our children have grown up together and have spent some time together at school. You put DAS on the map here in Perth. I will forever miss our talks every few days. Always in my heart never forgotten You were the kindest person. Sincere Condolences to your beautiful children and Cherri. From your best Wog Mate, Michael & Annette (Metro Alarms)
