Patrick Owen Simon, 66, of Vienna, WV passed away on March 31, 2017. Patrick was born to Patrick Simon, Jr. and Claudia Wright on November 29, 1950.  Patrick is survived by his wife Cynthia, his daughter Courtney Simon, his son Justin Simon, and brothers Perry Simon and Kevin Simon.  A memorial service will be determined at the family's convenience.
