Arbria “Orbie” L. Wright passed away Friday November 11, 2016. Orbie was born November 30, 1960 in Wilmington, Delaware and became a long term resident of Newport News, Virginia. Orbie worked thirty years for NASA contractors NTF and Sierra Lobo. Prior to that he was employed with the Newport News Shipbuilding. Preceded in death by his father: Albert Wright. Survived by his mother: Georgia Andrews; sister: Alicia Holden, two children: Jamaal Wright and Eboni Vinson (Derek); nephew:Tommy Andrews, former spouse: Reba Wright along with a host of loving family members and friends. Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel in Newport News, VA in addition to a service in Delaware to be announced at a later date. My heart can’t believe that you are no longer here. Although we have not seen each other since we walked across the stage at Wilmington High School in June of 1978. I always prayed that my classmate are living their lives to their full potential. Out of sight, but never from thought. May your take your rest, your work here on earth is completed. You are safe now, in our Master arms. My condolences to your children, mother and Reba Wright.
