Ofir Inbar

Ofir was born on October 3rd, 1987.

He grew up in Giv’at Shmuel and lived in Tel Aviv.

He studied at Bar Ilan University.

Ofir worked at SafeCharge (currently Nuvei) as a technical account manager for six years, until July 2019.

He was a talented photographer and used to be the ‘house photographer’ at SafeCharge.

He traveled to gorgeous places all over the world and took photos of dream spots and breath-taking locations.

Ofir was an athlete and a marathon runner, and trained in the gym very often. He loved to watch all kinds of sports.

His favorite food was hummus.

History was one of Ofir’s main interests. He was a Middle East expert and in the last year of his life he was also a high school Arabic teacher. The students loved him very much. Many of them praised him on social media as “the best teacher they had ever had".

Dear Ofir, You will be missed by everyone. Those who knew and loved you, and those who encountered you and your story only after you were gone.  A sensitive, smart, talented and good-looking guy. A man who had a big soul and so much compassion, who cared for all human beings out there — children, grown-ups and animals. We will cherish your memory in our hearts.

Rest in peace, dear friend. You deserve all the peace in the world now.
