Norma Siegel

Norma Siegel, 74, of Boynton Beach, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on November 22 following a long illness. Norma grew up in Milford, Massachusetts and was the daughter of Ruth and David Rubenstein. She attended the University of Massachusetts and Boston University, where she pursued a degree in education. Norma taught in the Pittsfield, MA school system for 4 years and later in the Palm Beach County school system. She also was employed as a saleswoman for Steigers and Filenes. Norma left behind her husband Robert; a son, Joe; a daughter, Donna; sisters Shirley Greenberg of Milford, MA, Elaine Streger of Boynton Beach, and a brother, Harold Rubenstein of Chelmsford, MA, and many nieces and nephews. Norma and Robert enjoyed more than 50 years of marriage and traveled extensively. Norma liked going to the theater, as well as music, movies, doing crossword puzzles, and dining out. Norma was a loving person who lit up our lives with her smile and warm personality. She devoted her life to helping others. We will never forget how much you meant to us, Mom.
