On Saturday, September 14, 2019, Nancy Kaefer, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away at the age of 71. Nancy was born June 1, 1948 to Bill and Helen (Wingrove) Medcalf. She raised two children, a son Jeff and a daughter Niki, and was married to Jeff Kaefer November 2, 1990. Nancy was preceded in death by both her parents: Harold William and Helen Lorena (Wingrove) Medcalf, along with her brother Harold William Medcalf Jr. she is survived by her husband Jeff Kaefer, son Jeff (Daphne) Cox, daughter Nicole (Sam) Crihfield, granddaughters Joselyn, Hannah, Emma, Madelyn, Abbie, and Christiana Crihfield, and grandsons Seth, Noah, Joshua, Josiah, Judah Crihfield and Asher and Zya Cox, as well as her sister Maggie (Tom) Scholl, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Nancy’s residence, 384 Lincolnshire Drive in Mineral Wells October, 5, 2019 at 11:00 am.

The Medcalfs and Coxes were so inspirational in our lives at Beechwood Presbyterian Church over the 50 years we attended Church with them. I'm so sad to hear of Nancy's passing. The Medcalfs were such an integral part of our Beechwood Church family for many years. The Medcalfs were good friends with my parents, and I knew Nancy and Bill for many years and remember many good times we shared at church activities. They were a wonderful family. Peace and prayers.
