Mitchell Ray Townsend (Mitch) 30 of Parkersburg born December 11 1988 left to go home and be with the Lord at 12:54 am on May 5 2019. Mitch was born December 11 1988 in Louisville, KY. He leaves behind his wife Joan Townsend, his two daughters Kaitlin, Raylee and one son Mitchell, parents Ron and Sherree Townsend, his brother Eric, sister Lesia, and several nieces and nephews, Mother and Father in law, sisters and brother in law’s. A memorial service will be held Saturday May 11 at 2 pm at Landmark Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Lamb officiating. I pray that Christ will be very near to you as you walk through this terrible loss. I am so sorry that Mitch didn't have longer here. I remember him in his Uncle Doug's pool swimming and slapping a pool noodle around. He was so carefree and enthusiastic on those visits. The loss of Mitch hurts. We love you.
