Michael ""Mike"" Venetis

Michael “Mike” Venetis, beloved father, son, and brother, passed away unexpectedly, leaving a profound void in the hearts of all who knew him. Born on June 15, 1966, in Chicago, Mike lived a life shaped by faith, humility, and an unwavering devotion to his family.   He was the proud and loving father of Ella (23), Joshua (19), and Jonah (15) - his greatest joys. He shared many meaningful years with his former wife, Alisha, with whom he remained close as they continued raising their children with unity and love.   Mike is survived by his mother, Arlene; his father, George; his step-father, John Pebler; and his brother, Tom. He will be remembered for his generous heart, steady presence, sharp wit, and his instinctive way of caring for others. His faith guided him deeply, and his kindness touched countless lives.  His passing is unimaginable, and the depth of our grief reflects the depth of his love. A man of quiet strength and genuine conviction, Mike lived out his beliefs through humility, compassion, and integrity. He led by example and carried a light that made others feel safe and valued.   We take comfort knowing he is home with his Lord and Savior, and his spirit will continue to guide us each day.   Mike will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were blessed to know him.
