May you forever feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, see the waves crash to the shore, smell the salt in the air, and may God open your ears to all of the beautiful sounds of His kingdom.
Michael Robert Pustover passed away peacefully on September 20th, 2023 at the age of 64, after a long battle with cancer.
Being born deaf, and growing up in the metro Detroit area, Michael had no loss of appetite for adventures and challenges in life. He had a love for fast cars, motorcycles, and a dare that nobody else was willing to take. He always longed for the beaches of Florida, and joyfully lived out his last 20+ years soaking up the sand and warmth in the sunshine state.
Michael is survived by his daughters Jamie and Angela, sons Robert and Perry, and his brothers David and Keith. In lieu of funeral or memorial services, and to honor Michael’s fight, we ask that all who wish to participate make a donation to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital (link below).

Mike definitely had a need for speed! I have a lot of fun memories of him from when Keith and I were teenagers. One time he gave us a ride in his Trans Am and ended up doing several donuts in the Buchanan Elementary parking lot! When Kieth and I were in about 8th grade, we went to Florida with Mike and his friend Jim, you can imagine the wild time we had with Mike as our “chaperone”! Lay some rubber up there, Mike! Sad to hear about his passing. My condolences and prayers are with you and your family.

Michael was one of a kind. He was the most fearless person I ever met. Riding in his trans am through the winding roads of Pittsburgh at way too fast speeds are moments I will never forget. Rest easy cousin.
Lisa Morelli
Michael was one of a kind, so funny and mischievous! I know he’s in a better place celebrating, with his Mom, Dad and niece Kristin.
