Michael W. Boyer, 59, of Guysville, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 13, 2021. He was born March 22, 1962. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Teresa Cogar Boyer of Guysville, Ohio, 2 sons, Michael Hall Boyer and Joseph Isaac Boyer, and one grandson, Cohen Michael Boyer, father-in-law Larry D. Lightner, 3 sisters, Teresa Boyer Crisp, Brenda Boyer Barrows, and Donna Boyer Hixson. Preceded in death by his mother Carolyn Sue Lightner, father Donald B Boyer, grandfather Hall Clem, grandmother Francis Clem of Guysville, Ohio. Mike spent most of his career in the construction trade where he served as a cement mason, concrete finisher, and a carpenter. Mike was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds. He said to be sure to tell everyone, "I had a good time" in life. There will be a gathering of remembrance of life in the near future. A private cremation will take place at Mid-Ohio Valley Cremation Society.

How did Michael make an impact on your life?

My brother was such a happy soul. He had such a boisterous laugh that was contagious and irritating at the same time ,he had the ability to make me so mad because that was his goal as my brother..but looking back now I miss those days so much his jokes his laugh his sincerity..He was the best of us. He was always kind ,courteous, and caring and always thinking of others ♥️ I would love so much to argue with him again over cards or everyday nothingness.. I miss the phonecalls of your recipes and "Whats for Supper " I love you Brother and miss you everyday ❤️
