Loving wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother
Due to unforseen circumstances, we are opting to have a virtual memorial service for our mother, Meredith Deeds.
"Mikey" passed peacefully on New Year’s Day 2021, just 10 days short of her 93rd birthday. For those of you who have followed Meredith’s (Mikey’s) lengthy journey with dementia, she had her first and significant stroke just over 6 years (2207 days) ago. Our family is beyond grateful to the staff at The Glenn Assisted Living, The Glenn Memory Care, and the entire Fairview Hospice team. Mikey had compassionate and excellent care throughout the process, and was loved and treated with dignity at each phase of her decline. Rest peacefully, Mikey, we love you and you will be missed. Mikey was a city girl growing up, but so loved her cats, dogs, and horses.
We are grateful and thank our extended family and friends for their support. Vicki & Mahlon
