April 5th, 1962 - May 17th, 2021
It is with heavy hearts we share the departure of our beloved Maureen Loster (4/5/1962 to 5/17/2021). She was one of the warmest, funniest and strongest people you could ever be lucky enough to know. She gave the best hugs and would help anyone who needed it. She loved all creatures but loved her cats most of all. She was sweeter than the desserts she baked and was always unapologetically herself. Those who had the opportunity to know her warmth are forever changed for the better and there will never be another one like her. She will be forever adored by her daughter Samantha , her brother and sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and dearest friends. We love you more than chocolate.

Maureen always put a smile on everyone's face. She was always hilarious and her white cat matched her sassy personality. I remember her always being very welcome to Sam's rambunctious friends! I will miss Maureen and her awesome sense of humor.

My mother had a way with words. I remember looking at high schools, both public and private. After looking at Good Council and St. Scholastica, my mother told me that she really wanted me to go to a bisexual school. She couldn't remember the word "co-ed". So I went to a bisexual school instead.

Moe was a great sister-in-law. She always new when I was full of it. She helped out when the children were born, they loved her. She’s gone to soon.

Maureen Loster was a dear friend, and a wonderful honorary grandma. Whenever my babies were around her, she showed them so much love and affection, they formed a bond. That’s how she became Grandma Maureen. We enjoyed so many fun get togethers, I only wish we had more. We’ll miss you Grandma Maureen. Thank you for all of your support, kindness, and happy memories. We love you.
