Mary Elizabeth Bell

Mary Elizabeth Bell, 68, of Vienna passed away June 13, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her family and under the compassionate care of Housecalls Hospice.

Mary was born May 15, 1956 in Grantsville, WV to Robert Kastrow and Della Ruth Morehead-Starcher.

Mary is survived by her children, Jason McCumbers (Jessica Shuman), Greg McCumbers, and Amber Lockhart (Shannon); Grandchildren Damon Lee Bonham, Ria Elizabeth Pickens, Michael David Pickens, and Kylie Rose Guerrero. She is also survived by her sister, Loretta Starcher.

Along with her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her brothers Robert Lee Kastrow, Martin Ethan Kastrow, and David Vernon Kastrow. 

A private cremation will take place at Mid-Ohio Valley Cremation Society. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and family will be notified.
