Mark “mouse” Brunner

i was introduced to mouse years ago by his niece kate lamont. kate & i had a band blueprintmusic & recorded an album. we needed a mixing engineer & she told me of her uncle mark. we traveled to chicago to his studio, reelsounds which was in its early days. mouse was so welcoming & kind. he put us up in the studio over the weekends we spent mixing. this relationship continued with 2 more records we mixed at reelsounds, in the new room & with sweet sweet gear that he happily told me all about. i remember his response to anything was "it's easy". he taught me so much shared his space, his vibrant energy, his love, joy, & friendship. you will be missed & i know i will always be able to hear a part of you anytime i listen to a blueprintmusic recording. you brought so much life to our music & i am forever grateful for that as well my friend!
