Mark Authier

Here's a quintessentially Mark moment from his five children: The family was waiting for a table at the Sanford Bar & Grill a few years back. A man coming out of the restaurant spotted Dad and grabbed him by the shoulders. "Mark Authier," he said. "You're a good man." We're all used to stuff like this happening. Everybody loves our Dad and he loves everyone. When the man walked away we asked, "Dad, who was that?" He laughed. "I don't know!" he said. That was Mark Authier. He helped so many people and had such an impact on the lives of others that he couldn't even keep track of all the people who thought the world of him.
