Mario Enriquez

Mario Enriquez died peacefully in his home on May 25, 2024 after a long health battle.  Mario  was born on October 9, 1956 in Chihuahua Mexico, the son of Maria Beltran and Laro Enriquez.  In 1974 at the age of 18, he immigrated to the United States in search of a better life.  After residing some time in California, he moved to New Mexico where he met Paule Darlene Enriquez. The two married June 28, 1984 and welcomed two sons during their marriage, Fabian Felix and Jose Luis.  Mario loved America and the life he had created here so on September 27, 1996 he became a United States Citizen.  Mario was a loving father and grandfather and enjoyed spending time with his grandsons.  Mario is proceeded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, 1 sister and his beloved son Jose.  He is survived by Darlene, son Fabian Enriquez, grandson Damian Gonzalez, grandson Jacob Enriquez, sister Alica, brother Laro and countless cousins, nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Wednesday June 12, 2024 at 11 am at Rivera Funeral Home in Santa Fe.
