Manuel Macias was born in Santa Fe on April 19, 1974 and stepped from this life on Friday, February 5th, 2016 at the age of 41. Manuel was a life-long resident of Santa Fe. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Gonzolo and Felice Macias who loved him so very much and were always such a big part of his life! Manuel is survived by his Fiancé Claudia Hernandez, the love of his life; and by his loving Mother and Step Dad - Tim and Tammy Martinez. He is also survived by his Father Chris Montoya, Grandma Connie and by his sisters: April & Charise, his Brother - Alfonso and his own sons: Sebastian, Raymond and Ryan. Manuel was greatly loved by so many other family members including his beloved Aunt Tess and numerous Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. And Manuel was greatly loved by a host of special friends who remember his big heart and generous spirit.A Memorial service will be held at Christian Life Fellowship, 121 Siringo Rd., Santa Fe, N.M. Saturday 2/13 10:00 a.m. Baby: Mis oidos extranon tu voz Mis ojos extranon tu cara Pero el consuelo que me queda Es saber que algin dia volveré A ver tu hermosa sonrisa “I love you with all my heart.” Tito and nino love you, they will be o.k. Claudia This is not good-bye Just “see you soon” son I love and will miss you, and will be drinking a second cup of coffee (McDonald’s) Love you Hito Mom Manuel (Nani) Believe and admire Protect and show Watch and listen Love and know A brother’s love is a sister’s greatest treasure A sister’s happiness is a brother’s deepest desire Know that you are loved Charise I have many memories of my brother, like trying to unsuccessfully climb the side of a mountain in his little truck. Only to get stuck in a bush, or him helping me fix my car over the phone. Some were happy and some were sad. But they’re all memories I’m glad we shared. As a kid I looked up to you and thought you were the coolest dude around. In some ways deep down inside that feeling never really changed. I try not to forget that although you are not seen, your spirit lives on. You always seemed to have a restless soul, but now you’re free to go. The daylight is waiting for you my brother. God bless you. I love you and I’ll miss you. Alfonso Brother, I have a few memories that I will always carry in my heart. *The love you had for playing the guitar – Randy Rhoads one of your favs. “Pick them, lick them, roll them & flick them.” April

Cousin Manuel, You will be missed, you will be remembered, your memory will not fade. There was to many memorys since I was a little kid, remembering how much of a free spirit you were and all the fun and laughter u could spread on someone. At the same time remembering how tough and how macho u were, telling me and fonso story after story amazing us with the detail u would give. Or that famous saying you would tell us "its time to cancel Christmas" we grew up looking up to and my big cousin we will miss you forever, you might be gone for now but you will never be forgotten
