He was so fun to hang out with. First time I met him at thanksgiving at Mark & Pat's place. He took a napkin and a pen and started drawing. He said a teacher asked students to draw something they saw and wouldn't forget last summer. A student started drawing an upside down V. Teacher says nice mountain. Student then draws a curvy line close to the top of the upside-down V. teacher says oh there is snow on the peak. Then he draws a circle with some lines around it on top of V. Teacher says nice sun. Did you go to mountains last summer? Student replies: no I did not. This is the view I had when my grandpa bent over to pick up the soap in the shower.

Your dad was so mother-effin charming and funny that he convinced me to issue him a crotch docker number...breaking every rule...and is still the only nonskydiving crotch docker! Now that's a cool ass dad!! You are very lucky to have that kind of dad!!

So many thing! From when we lived in Warwick, NY - my sweet neighbor Manny kept us grounded when 9/11 happened. Always could count on him. My kids thought he was so cool because he dressed up his cat for "church" on Sunday. When he made hot wings he always made extra for my youngest daughter who was 3 at the time, she loved his wings! When our Santa Claus bailed for the community center party Manny stepped in. He rode up on his Harley and my kids shouted it's "Manny Claus"!!! Our first Puerto Rican Claus! He used to come over before the mail was delivered and bring his fart machine toy and we would annoy the postman through the open window and laugh so hard!!! We moved and later on he moved and then much later on we moved again, to SoCal. We didn't live nearby but had hoped to see him when we were out of school since he really could travel over here. I'm sorry the time slipped away. He was kind and funny and his life was all Lori, he was so proud of her accomplishments.

I remember meeting your dad in New York for Thanksgiving. There were so many cats! He was such a fun host and he broke out the Puerto Rican music and instruments. He showed me all of his Hard Rock memorabilia. Later on we sent him a "Show me your Kitties" shirt. I loved his sense of humor... It definitely runs in the family. He was loved and will be missed. Sending hugs and love your way.

I remember one of our doggy date days I came over and he was there, and he generously drew me a picture of a mountain peak and a sun directly over it… I believe he said, "The sun is shining where the sun don't shine"… I'll leave it at that without posting the picture 😆😂 He always cracked me up. Such a character. 💚
