Loretta J. Lockhart, 69, of Parkersburg, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2024 at the Sunbridge Nursing Center.She is survived by her husband Gary D. Lockhart of Parkersburg, three children Tonda Ferrell (Steven) of Parkersburg, Carl Koon, Jr. (Lisa) of Reedsville, OH and Michael A Koon (Jessica) of Parkersburg, she also had nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her only sister Rebecca Bean, granddaughter Jessica Dawn Hopkins as well as her ex-husband Carl W. Koon Sr. along with many aunt and uncles.Loretta chose no to have any visitation.
