Leonard Perkins

Leonard Davis Perkins was born on February 17, 1933, in Grand Junction, TN. To the union of R.T. and Annie Perkins. Leonard joined the United States Air Force September 30, 1952 until September 29, 1956. Leonard met and married Eunice Holland and they had 8 children. Leonard resided in Shreveport, LA., for many years. He then relocated to Chicago, Il.. Preceding Leonard death were his parents R.T. and Annie Perkins, Mary Ann, leonard departed this life on Friday, September 4, 2020, after a lengthy illness. He will always remain in our hearts. Leonard leaves to cherish his memories: Donnie Perkins ( Audrey), Barbara Bacon ( Carl), Charles Perkins, Wanda Faye Shinault, Susan Branford ( Norman ), Veronica Williams ( Melvin), Antonio Perkins, Rodney Perkins ( Vonda), 14 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, and other family members. A very special nephew Jerry Parks.
