I only had the opportunity to talk with LaCrystal a few times but she was always warm and friendly and I enjoyed our conversations. When we were in Chicago for a meeting, I was talking about my upcoming trip to Zion National Park and she shared her pictures and details of her trip. She was such an asset to the team and we will miss her presence so much! My sincere condolences to her family that she loved and cherished so deeply. May her memory and love forever live in your hearts.

I'll never forget the day I met LaCrystal. We were in the St. Louis Airport, having just arrived for a PDC Summit. This was her first time meeting with everyone. I'm waiting in line for the next opening, and as she turns to me from the mirror she says "Hey Victoria!" This was during the time of masking up on planes so I look at her and think, who is this person who knows me in the airport bathroom? That must have come across on my face because she pulls down her mask and smiles and I immediately knew who it was. We'd been on the same plane from Charlotte to St. Louis and hadn't even known it! That was the start of a beautiful friendship. We went out to New Mexico together, scheduled the same flights back and forth between Charlotte and St. Louis, and whenever we got to have dinner we'd check out what flavor of Moscow Mule the restaurant had to offer - some better than others! She would randomly call or im to check on me as she did just a few days before she passed. Sometimes I wished she wasn't so thorough of an editor when I was stressed out about drafts and she found that one thing I missed! I still haven't wrapped my head around the fact that I can't just send her a quick text to say hi. But her life is to be celebrated and her memory will live on. I'm blessed that I got to know her and I look forward to seeing her again one day.

I had the pleasure of working with LaCrystal on a recent project, where we had the opportunity to travel together. She and I enjoyed some delicious meals on our trips! I also enjoyed connecting with her about being a mom - sharing stories and photos. I sincerely miss her positive attitude, her bright smile, and her easy way of connecting with everyone she interacted with. Sending love to her family and friends. She was such a gem and I feel blessed to have known her.

LaCrystal lit up the room and every Zoom call she led. I am so thankful for every moment I got to work with her and will miss her joy and generosity of spirit. My heart is with LaCrystal's loved ones.

LaCrystal took the time to get to know people and made an impact on everyone she met. In the limited times I worked with her in person, we vibed about boy mom life - we swapped stories, pictures, and she always had helpful insights. Aside from her life advise, I’m going to miss her positive attitude and smile, which was infectious. She was such an amazing person that we were so lucky to have worked with. My deepest condolences go out to her family and loved ones.
