My condolences for the loss of your loved one. The hurt and pain of losing a loved one is difficult. Please know that God is near to those that are broken at heart and who are crushed in spirit.(Psalm 34:18) God will wipe away all tears from their eyes and death will be no more.(Revelation 21:4)

Gone but never forgotten, for I will always remember the time I spent with Kent and his family, recklessly forging memories behind his boat on the Colorado River and posing for my first confirmed kill with a broom stick (if it flies, it dies). His smile, laugh, and twisted sense of humor were contagious; I will miss them, and him, very much. All my love to the Johns family...you are in our hearts. Vaya con dios, brother.

Lee and I so loved Kent.. he was an amazing man.. built us our home here in Cardiff..we have such wonderful memories of him here.. talking surf stories and always commenting on how much he LOVED his wife Donita, and children, whom he was clearly proud of, his little granddaughter was his joy and all he talked about.. his love of God.. and doing what was right.. always uplifting.. running into him at Rite aid or Seaside.. always with that big smile we all loved.. he will forever be missed! Rest in Gods loving arms Kent!

I am so thankful for all the time I got to spend with my dad over the past few years. More than anything else my father loved his family and worked hard to give us a good life. He always had fun facts, lessons, music, jokes and silly things to share. Whatever he had to give, he gave it. His heart was big, and he would say, his head was bigger... 😆 that's why he had to cut holes in all his hats. #TrendsetterInHisOwnMind Love you Dad, Forever. Elli
