Kenneth Reed May

Kenneth Reed May passed away peacefully in his sleep on 3-04-2017. Kenny was born on 4-21-1959 in Detroit MI. to Henry May and Irene (Bostain) May. He is survived by his wife Michelle (Simmons) May, and son Kenneth Ryan May age 11. Kenny also had 3 brothers and 1 sisters, Russell (deceased) & Sandy May, Luther (deceased) & Twyla (deceased) May, Ronnie& Lisa May, and Barbara (deceased) & Randy(deceased) Wilson. Kenny was a wonderful stepfather and grandfather from a previous marriage. He was surrounded by many nieces and nephews that he loved very much and was very proud of! he enjoyed spending his time surrounded by those he cherished so very much. Kenny was a very determined man who had a really hard road in life, but always seemed to stay positive and beat the odds no matter what was thrown at him! He was a true super Hero! Kenny worked in retail and factories until he became disabled. He enjoyed bowling, karaoke, camping, fishing and just spending precious time with his loving family. he adored his wife Michelle, and treated her like a queen and his son Kenneth Ryan was his pride and joy!! Kenny was a man that everyone looked up to because of all the obstacles he overcame, no matter how much the odds were stacked against him. Kenny will be deeply missed by all those that loved him so very much. May he rest in peace now with no more suffering and pain, and may God wrap his loving arms around all of us that will have to go on without him.
