Loved Ones

It is with completely broken hearts that we share the passing of Keith Wosmek.

Keith was a devoted husband and an incredible father to Caitlynn. He never missed a volleyball game, was her biggest cheerleader, and spoke about her with pride every chance he got.

Keith was truly one of a kind. He loved having a good time and left us with countless beautiful memories that we will treasure forever.

He was hardworking and dedicated throughout his career, spending 31 years with Liberty Diversified Industries. He also dedicated countless hours to working on the cabin he and Melissa loved in Cumberland, along with the endless list of projects he completed to about 95% perfection, always leaving just enough unfinished for Melissa to lovingly complain about. 😏

Keith built an amazing community of friends through the things he loved most: cheering on the Minnesota Twins, Vikings, and Gophers; golfing with his buddies; sharing a beer or a glass of bourbon; and, of course, his masterful teasing, which was simply one of the many ways he showed his love.

Beyond the jokes and playful ribbing, Keith had an incredibly generous heart. He was the kind of person who would do absolutely anything for anyone, no questions asked.

Keith was our world, but he also meant so much to so many others. He was a deeply loved son, brother, uncle, nephew, godfather, son-in-law, brother-in-law, cousin, friend, and coworker. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, kindness, and unwavering generosity that will live on in all who knew him.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Greg Jans, Cumberland Hospital, the University of Minnesota Cardiac ICU, LifeSource, and the many amazing individuals who have supported our family through this unimaginable loss.

We want to send Keith off exactly the way he lived: with a celebration. Please join us as we share stories, laugh together, and honor an unforgettable man.

Keith was always someone special! Whether it was a cabin weekend, a Sunday dinner and football, or discussing a new and improved golf swing, he was always good to make us smile. Keith was excited for every adventure, especially when it included the boys! A memory that we will always be able to smile at for years to come was on our annual trip up to the cabin the boys decided they wanted to bring their pit bikes along, and Keith was ecstatic to see the truck pull into the driveway. They spent every moment they could driving around the lake to show all the buddies the fun new toys that every grown man needs😉 He was always one call or text away for anything we may have needed. We were so blessed to be able to spend the time we did with Keith and will cherish every moment we were given with him. - Caden and Gus Webb

Uncle Keith was such a special guy and he had a way of making memories that I’ll never forget. He would always tease me by taking my childhood stuffy, Huggie, and threatening not to give it back, but you always knew he would eventually. He was also the type of person you wanted to be partners with when playing games, because if you weren’t, you knew he was going to get real mad at you and you weren't going to win. Every summer I had the chance to spend a weekend or two up at their cabin and one night Caitlynn and I were stopped by the creepy old man of a neighbor, we were so scared but we made sure to get our dads to protect us. They may have been a little drunk, but Keith went and pounded and I mean pounded on this guy's door to make sure he knew it was not okay to ever get that close to his daughter and niece. Those little things are what made Keith who he was and the memories that will always make me smile. Beyond all the teasing and jokes, Uncle Keith was someone who would drop anything and everything to help someone else. He was truly one of a kind, and I’m so grateful for the memories I have with him. He will be missed more than words can explain, but the stories, laughs, and love he left behind will live on forever. I Love You Uncle Keith💗
